DJ Semo is a Sudanese DJ / Producer that has imprinted his name internationally for being one of the most electric open-format DJs in the world. Originally reigning from Bristol, West England Semo has built his DJ career alongside his well-known events brand Ice Cream LDN, which features a collection of event brands that celebrate Afro-Carribean culture.

In his current hometown of London, Semo has climbed the ranks, establishing himself as a formidable DJ who specializes in Afrobeats, Dancehall, Amapiano, Hip Hop, and RnB.

Recently Semo has evolved into a hard-hitting club producer releasing floor-filling Amapiano / Afroswing / Dancehall songs and has also been rapidly releasing bootlegs of his favorite club bangers, which have turned clubs upside down!

Semo has grown a reputation for leaving crowds in a frenzy. Since descending on London he has achieved features in RWD Magazine, has been nominated for multiple awards in the entertainment industry, and has hosted huge parties from Uxbridge to Shoreditch with both Ice Cream LDN and multiple co-owned brands.

Semo has played sets at some of the most prestigious venues and festivals in the world including the Blu Dubai, Ministry of Sound London, Ushuaia Ibiza, Soho Gardens Dubai, Wireless Festival London, Leeds & Reading Festival, Triangle Festival Rotterdam, and a variety of big venus across Europe.

Semo has chiseled a winning reputation in the industry and has hosted many key industry events with his brands involving names such as Not3s, Big Tobz, Island Records, Atlantic Records, Donaeo, and more. More recently he has conceptualized the birth of his exclusive invite-only #SemoAndFriends events, which regularly sell out.

His Ice Cream LDN events have featured the likes of Pop Smoke, Megan Thee Stallion, Tory Lanez, Trey Songz, August Alsina, YG, Tyga, Skepta, Krept & Konan, Yxng Bane, Sneakbo, Stylo-G and many more performing live and attracting thousands of club and music lovers to sold-out shows across the UK and abroad.

Semo has had many featured mixes on national platforms including Capital Xtra with a Mix for Robert Bruce, Kiss Fm with his Kiss Fresh Mix, BBC 1Xtra with his Reece Parkinson mix, and an exclusive mix for record pool giant DJ City.

Semo can also be found globe-trotting alongside UK superstar Mostack as his hand-picked tour DJ and has already featured Internationally in super clubs in Dubai, Ibiza, Sweden, Denmark, Rotterdam, Cyprus, and Amsterdam just to name a few.

He has also had several headline bookings in 2022/23 of his own accord including sets in Dubai, Vienna, Iibiza, Prague, Malta, Croatia, Tenerife, Parma Italy, and Munich Germany.
